I believe there are three reasons why the number of foreign tourists visiting Japan has increased significantly in recent years. First, Japanese yen has been weak recently. This means that foreign people can travel around Japan affordably. Second, some foreign people notice that there are many beautiful temples especially in Kyoto and Nara. Many people post photos of such temples on SNS, which attract more people to Japan. Third, Japanese food, such as sushi and ramen, is becoming more popular among foreign people. Personally I believe Japanese food is the best in the word and there are definitely some foreign people who have the same opinion as mine.
