I agree that we’ll have to think about the ways online services can be made available to us all. Concerning young people, schools should offer students smartphone classes. Younger generation will have more opportunities to use smartphones in the future and therefore they must learn how to use them. Regarding elderly people who didn’t have chances to learn how to use smartphones, Japanese government should force smartphone companies to offer free smartphone classes. In conclusion, we should offer more education about smartphones in order to make our life more convenient and make Japan a truly digital country. (97 words)

According to graph (1), the number of Japanese students studying abroad increased between 1984 and 2004, decreased between 2004 and 2011, and remained almost the same between 2011 and 2018. According to Graph (2), main destinations where Japanese students studied changed. In 2000, the US was by far the most popular country. However, in 2018, US became less popular and China and Taiwan became popular than in 2000. I guess the trend of these two graphs is based on the fact that many Japanese people were trying to obtain MBA in the US around the year 2000. (97 words)
