I think that it is acceptable to keep animals in zoos for the following two reasons.
First, zoos are beneficial to save the endangered species from extinction. We can raise endangered species in zoos and increase its number. For example, pandas faced extinction in the last century but now there are a lot of pandas in zoos.
Second, zoos are crucial to educate people. In zoos, we can learn the importance of keeping biodiversity and saving endangered species. For example, one zoo in my town explains clearly how imperative biodiversity is by using rare animals. Real animals enable people to learn about animals and biodiversity easily.
In conclusion, keeping animals in zoos have advantages and should be accepted. However, we should always strive to create better environment for animals in zoos.
