Although many Japanese companies try to improve their treatment of female workers, I think they should do more to improve their treatment of female workers.
First, Japanese companies should make a better policy about child raising. These days, many women quit their jobs before they bear their children. This means that many women feel that child raising is difficult if they want to continue their jobs. Accordingly, Japanese companies should allow women to work flexibly. Also, Japanese companies should promote paternity leaves.
Second, companies should guarantee fair salaries of women. When women raise their children, they may have to work flexibly. In this case, companies still have to offer fair salaries to these women.
In conclusion, Japanese companies should implement better policies about their female employees. Especially, there is some room to improve in child raising and salaries.

毎度のことだが1の語彙問題が他の問題に比べて難しい。語彙で解けない部分を他の問題で補うような戦略がいいだろう。

英検準1級として平均的な語彙問題。
(11) の administer はやや難。「管理する」の意味は準1級受験者であれば全員知っているであろうが、ここでは「行う」の意。
全般的に大学入試最難関レベルからそれよりやや上のレベルの単語が出題されている。

長文の空所補充。標準的な大学入試程度のレベル。

長文の内容一致。やや難しめの大学入試レベル。配点が高いところなので、確実に解きたい。

新形式のライティング。ポイントが指定されており、自分独自のポイントで書くことができない。指定されたポイントで書く場合、賛成と反対のどちらが書きやすいかを考える。
リスニング
難関大学入試レベルのリスニング。
リスニングは問題演習だけだとなかなか実力が伸びない。CDに合わせて音読し、英語の音に慣れるのが大事。
