I agree with the Japanese government’s push for more inbound tourism. First, it will contribute to boosting Japanese economy. In particular, foreign tourists help tourism industry to survive. Actually, some souvenir shops in Osaka are crammed with foreign tourists almost every day. Second, it is a good idea for foreign tourists to have more opportunities to appreciate Japanese culture. I have seen some foreign tourists wearing kimono or enjoying traditional Japanese festivals. Lastly, we will have more chances to interact with foreign tourists.
