It’s true that music and arts are important. But I think they are less important for a child’s education than math and languages. First of all, math and language skills are required when you enter a university. So, now I’m taking an English examination although I’m not good at English. Even if I am a great musician, you won’t accept me, will you? Second, some recent research shows that learning math and languages helps improve children’s brains. This is probably because these skills have been fundamental and essential throughout our history. In conclusion, children should learn math and languages more often than music and arts in order to make their life better.
