We can reduce international terrorism but it’s almost impossible to eliminate it.
There are economic inequalities between developed countries and developing countries. In this situation, we can’t deny the probabilities that some terrorists in developing countries attack and kidnap people from developed countries to demand a ransom. This may be an easy way to raise funds for terrorists.
Also, historical background may be a problem. Due to double-dealing policy during World War Ⅰ, there are territory problems in the Middle East. Although many years have passed since World War Ⅰ, this problem hasn’t be solved at all and will continue forever. Some people in the Middle East may have anger and that can lead to international terrorism.
Lastly, it’s difficult to eliminate all the terrorists through military actions. Some countries try to eliminate terrorists by aerial bombing. However, terrorists don’t belong to any governments and they escape across the border. Therefore, it’s almost impossible to kill all the terrorists through military actions.
In conclusion, it’s impossible to eliminate international terrorism because any small complaints can lead to terrorism. Terrorism is a kind of a big crime. We can’t eliminate all the small crimes and similarly we can’t eliminate big ones. It may be impossible to eliminate terrorism but we still try to reduce it.
