It was traditionally thought that changing jobs wasn’t good. However, I think that changing jobs often is beneficial for workers.
First, if you think that you can’t fulfill your career goal, you should change jobs. These days, our society is changing rapidly and people’s career goals tend to change accordingly. For example, I wanted to be an engineer when I started working but now I want to be a lawyer. In today’s world, it is difficult to stick to one career goal and one job.
Second, if you change your jobs, you can meet new people and environment. Hence, you will have chances to learn new skills which you couldn’t learn in your current company. Learning new skills will definitely benefit your career.
In conclusion, I agree that it is beneficial for workers to change jobs often in this society.
