The government has already provided enough support for unemployed people. Therefore, the government doesn’t have to provide more support.
First, people’s motivation to work has changed. In the last century, the unemployment was a shame and people worked even if their jobs weren’t their favorite ones. However, nowadays, some people don’t work if they can’t get their favorite jobs. The government doesn’t have to provide more support to this kind of people.
Second, the cost of job training is too high. The government should focus its budget more on education than on unemployment. If people have good education, they can get a good job easily. Free high school and university tuition will be a key to the unemployment decrease.
In conclusion, the government doesn’t have to support unemployed people more. It should focus more on education than on the people who don’t work if they can’t get their favorite jobs.

毎度のことだが1の語彙問題が他の問題に比べて難しい。語彙で解けない部分を他の問題で補うような戦略がいいだろう。
