Some people like driving their own cars but I think that people who live in cities should be required to use public transportation.
First, utilizing public transportation can curtail the emission of toxic gases and greenhouse gases. In this century, everyone has responsibility to contribute to the environment, which we damaged in the previous century.
Second, public transportation is much sager than private cars. According to some research, most of the traffic accidents are caused by private cars, especially the ones driven by elderly people. Therefore, if we use public transportation, we can live a safer life.
In conclusion, people living in cities should use public transportation in order to contribute to the environment and decrease the number of traffic accidents.
