However, SRM needs to diffuse chemicals into the air, which may adversely affect the weather or creatures. Also, SRM can’t curtail the carbon dioxide emissions although carbon dioxide adversely affects the environment besides global warming.

I think that people should be banned from keeping dangerous animals as pets.
First of all, you have to consider safety. Dangerous animals may attack not only their owners but also their neighbors. For example, a few years ago, a big snake which was kept in a house as a pet escaped from the house and attacked some animals around the house. Some residents around the house escaped for fear that the snake might attack them. Accordingly, pet owners must not make their neighborhood dangerous by having dangerous pets.
Second, pet owners should consider animal welfare. Most of the pet owners tend to contain dangerous animals in a small cage because they are dangerous. This definitely deprives animals of their freedom.
In conclusion, people ought to be prohibited from keeping dangerous animals as pets in light of safety and animal welfare.
